Refund policy

 EVENT CANCELLATION POLICIES:

All cancellations must be made in writing 30 days before the event date to not be eligible for any penalty. Cancellation from 30 days to 7 days before the event the client must pay 50% Cancellation of 7 days and less before the event the customer must pay the full amount of the event to La Botanique Cocktail.

FOR A DAMAGED PRODUCT, CAN I GET A REFUND?
For any damaged or missing product, please send us a photo and write to us at info@labotaniquecocktail.ca
We will send you a replacement free of charge.

ARE DELIVERY COSTS REFUNDABLE?
No delivery charges, including those for returns, are refundable.
