Shrubs, new trend!

Shrub cocktail

Shrubs are an old way of preserving fruit, but we find them really delicious these days. It is appreciated by both adults and toddlers!

The shrub balances sweet and sour. He can be enjoyed as an alcohol-free cocktail with a little sparkling water, or form the basis of a cocktail combined with gin, vodka or tequila. Some flavors can also be enjoyed with rum!

Tangy syrup is gaining popularity among mixologists who can let their imaginations run wild and surprise their customers. That brings another dimension to taste that people are not used to. With a shrub, you can add fruity, sweet and sour flavors to a concentrate without using citrus!
