Keep the box cool at all times! Syrups and juices will keep for 10 days in the fridge and 4-5 days after opening. Shrubs keep for 5 months. You can put the syrups and shrubs in the freezer if you plan to use them later. 

Cocktail The Rosemont District:

• Grapefruit and lime juice 250 ml
• Rosemary syrup (from the Green Farm) bio  250 ml
• Packet of Himalayan pink salt and dried herbs
• Electronic sheet 

Cocktail Raise your glass :

• Quebec organic raspberry & pepper shrub 250 ml
• 2 cans of sparkling water 
• Bag of dehydrated lime
• Electronic sheet 

(And shrub, it is a maceration of fruit in vinegar and sugar, they are much less sweet than a syrup. It's downright delicious.)

* We use local organic apple cider vinegar. We make our own syrups in our commercial kitchen located in Sutton
